Monolith Engines have yet another take on the ICE engine.

Continuing on with another alternative to the traditional reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) engine from last Friday, Monolith Engines have put 2 pistons into 1 cylinder. The goal with this arrangement is power density and reliability. The pistons move to meet one another

Just in case you ever wondered how SynchroMesh works… A note, motorcycles don’t have synchromesh since the lower stresses of moving a lighter vehicle places much less wear on the gears. The added time for synchromesh to work also does not fit
